All charters are weather permitting and will be up to the Captain's discretion if the trip needs to be rescheduled. All bookings require a $100 deposit to secure the date. The deposit is non-refundable. However, the deposit can be used toward another trip at any point in the future if the trip is cancelled by no fault of the client, or if the client cancels with more than seven days notice to the trip. Should the client cancel with less than seven days notice, the deposit is forfeited. Requests to change a trip date are subject to availability and scheduling and may not always be accommodated. I’ll do my best to get you accommodated.

The fish mount process is simple:
- Capt. Jot will get the measurements and photos needed for your trophy, He will provide you a quote at that time for the cost of the trophy.
- Capt. Jot will fill out the order form and submit it to Gray Taxidermy; you pay the deposit on the trophy to Capt. Jot.
- Gray Taxidermy will contact you within seven (7) days to complete the process.
- Once your trophy is complete, Gray Taxidermy will ship directly to your desired location.
